Contact our customer care team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.

Ship to Jane Iredale Canada

Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our Canadian distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
